Filing of EXOR’s lists for Fiat S.p.A. BoD and Board of Statutory Auditors

In view of Fiat Shareholders’ Meeting, which will be held on April 4th, the shareholder EXOR has filed the following list of candidates for the renewal of the Fiat S.p.A. Board of Directors:

Patience Wheatcroft

Patience Wheatcroft is a British national and graduate in law from the University of Birmingham. She is also a member of the House of Lords and a financial commentator and journalist. Ms. Wheatcroft currently serves on the Advisory Boards of the communications company Huawei Technologies (UK) as well as the public relations company Pelham Bell Pottinger. She also serves as non-executive director of the wealth management company St. James’s Place Capital PLC. Ms. Wheatcroft has a broad range of experience in the media and corporate world with past positions at the Wall Street Journal Europe, where she was editor-in-chief, The Sunday Telegraph, The Times, Mail on Sunday, as well as serving as non-executive director of Barclays Group PLC and Shaftesbury PLC. Finally, Ms. Wheatcroft is also on the board of trustees of the British Museum and the advisory board of the British Olympic Association.

Lionello Jona Celesia

He graduated with a degree in Management and Business Administration at University of Turin. Registered as a professional accountant in the “Ordine di Torino”. He wrote various publications on fiscal and taxation matters and was a Teacher in Political Economics, Business and Financial Economics and Political Accountancy at University of Urbino (Italy) from 1963 to 1972. He was Teacher in Finance Sciences at the “Facoltà di Giurisprudenza” (University of Law) of Turin between 1965 and 1969 and at “Facoltà di Scienze Politiche” of Turin between 1969 and 1974. He was a Teacher “Associato” in Taxation Law at the same “Facoltà di Scienze Politiche” of Turin from 1983 to 2006. At present he is, among other things, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of EXOR S.p.A., Giovanni Agnelli & C. S.a.p.az., IBM Italia, Lazard e Co.S.r.l. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca del Piemonte.
