August 29, 2011: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the first-half report at June 30, 2011
November 11, 2011: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the interim financial statements at September 30, 2011
