The meeting of the Board of Directors of IFIL took note of the ruling handed down by the Turin Court of Appeals which cancelled the additional administrative sanctions levied by Consob.
Gianluigi Gabetti has therefore resumed his duties at the Company to the Board’s satisfaction and with its full trust. That same trust is also extended to the director, Franzo Grande Stevens, who has again taken up his post.
