John Elkann

Chief Executive Officer

John Elkann is Chief Executive Officer of Exor N.V., Chairman of Ferrari N.V., and Chairman of Stellantis N.V.

Mr. Elkann began his career in 2001 at General Electric on the Corporate Audit Staff, working across Asia, Europe, and North America. In 2003, he joined Fiat Group and contributed to its transformation into Fiat Chrysler, a global automotive leader. In 2021, FCA’s merger with PSA created Stellantis, one of the world’s largest car manufacturers. As Ferrari's Chair since 2018, he has been bolstering the company's uniqueness across its three souls: racing, sports car and lifestyle.

In 2009, Mr. Elkann formed Exor, one of Europe’s largest diversified investment companies and the reference shareholder of companies such as Ferrari, Philips, Stellantis and CNH. He is the founder and chair of Lingotto, an investment management company he launched in 2023 with a focus on delivering attractive long-term returns. He is also the founder of Vento, a platform supporting the next generation of Italian entrepreneurs globally and the organiser of Wave (formerly Italian Tech Week), one of Europe’s most influential tech conferences.

Mr. Elkann is a board member of Meta and a trustee of MoMA. He chairs the Agnelli Foundation, a philanthropic organisation focused on education and is also a member of the J.P. Morgan International Council and the Allianz International Advisory Board. Mr. Elkann earned a scientific baccalauréat from Lycée Victor Duruy in Paris and an engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino.

BENOÎT RIBADEAU-DUMAS

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Exor.

Mr. Ribadeau-Dumas began his career at the French Council of State in 1997 before joining Thales, a leading French technology group in aerospace and defense, where he held various roles until 2009, when he was named CEO of Thales Underwater Systems. He was later appointed at geoscience global leader CGG as Senior Executive Vice President, and then at Zodiac Aerospace, as a member of the Management Board and CEO of the Aerosystems branch. In 2017, he joined the cabinet of the French Prime Minister as Chief of Staff.

He joined Exor in 2022 as a Managing Director and became Chief Companies Officer in 2025. He is a non-executive director at Philips, Institut Mérieux, bioMérieux, Stellantis, TagEnergy and Welltec.

He graduated from École Polytechnique and attended École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Guido de Boer

Chief Financial Officer

Guido de Boer is Chief Financial Officer of Exor.

Mr. de Boer joined Exor in November 2022, bringing more than two decades of experience across finance, strategy, corporate development, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Exor, he spent 18 years at Heineken, where he held senior CFO roles across multiple international markets and ultimately served as Global Head of Corporate Development, overseeing strategy and M&A.

He began his professional career in investment banking in 1997, advising leading consumer and media companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory matters. Throughout his career, Mr. de Boer has led a broad range of corporate functions, including strategy, accounting and reporting, tax and treasury, M&A, investor relations, legal, procurement, and IT.

Mr. de Boer is a member of the Board of Directors of Juventus, Lingotto, and Via Transportation. He holds a master’s degree in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a Dutch national, born in 1972.

Suzanne Heywood

Chief Operating Officer

Suzanne Heywood is Chief Operating Officer of Exor and Chair of CNH Industrial N.V. and Iveco Group.

She was born in Southampton, England and has a Science MA from Oxford University and PhD from Cambridge University after a childhood spent sailing around the world on a boat. Suzanne started her professional career in the UK Treasury.

In 1997, she joined McKinsey & Company where she held increasingly senior positions including, as a Senior Partner, co-leading McKinsey’s global service line on operating model change for several years and working extensively on strategic issues with many clients.

Suzanne is also a Board member of Christian Louboutin, the Economist, Clarivate, and she Chairs Shang Xia.
