In view of Fiat Industrial S.p.A. Shareholders’Meeting, which will be held on April 5th, the shareholder EXOR has filed the following list of candidates for the renewal of the Fiat Industrial S.p.A. Board of Directors:
Jacqueline A. Tammenoms Bakker
Jacqueline A. Tammenoms Bakker is trustee of Van Leer Group Foundation, NL, and non-executive director of Vivendi SA, France, TESCO PLC, UK, and of the Land Registry/Ordnance Survey, NL. From 2009 to 2011 she was adviser of the National Council for Environment and Infrastructure, NL, and from 2001 to 2007 she was Director General for Freight Transport (2001-04) and for Civil Aviation and Freight Transport (2004-07) at the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. In previous years, she held a number of different positions as Director at GigaPort, a Dutch public/private next generation Internet initiative (1999-2001), Vice President Food Europe at Quest International (1995-98), Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (1989-95). From 1977 to 1988 she held positions of increasing seniority within various companies of Shell International. Ms. Tammenoms is Advisory Board Member of the Rotterdam School of Management. In 2006 and 2007 she was Chairman of the High Level Group for the future European aviation regulatory framework, reporting to the EU Commissioner for Transport, and member of the ECAC (ICAO) Coordinating Committee. From 2000 to 2001 she was member of the Dutch Council for Science & Technology (AWT). From 1999 to 2001 she was also Board Member of the Dutch Foundation for Victim Support and, in 1993-94, Board Member of the “Stichting Maatschappij en Politie”, a non-profit organization sponsoring research into the role of the police. Ms. Tammenoms is Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur (2006) for her contribution to Dutch-French relations. She holds a BA First Class Honors in History and French from St. Hilda’s College, Oxford (1972-75), as well an MA International Relations with Distinction from John Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies, Washington D.C., USA (1975-77), and attended the Corporate Finance Evening Programme from the London Business School (1982-83).
